Fulfillment & Shipping Timelines

Standard orders are typically processed and dispatched within one business day of placement, excluding weekends and recognized U.S. holidays. Purchases made over weekends or holiday periods will be prepared for transit on the following business day.

During high-volume promotional events or seasonal peaks, please allow up to five business days for dispatch. For curated pack sets requiring specialized assembly, an additional one to three business days may be necessary prior to shipping.

Once your consignment is in transit, a dedicated tracking number will be issued automatically via email.

Delivery Security & Signature Protocols

To ensure the flawless and secure arrival of your acquisition, select consignments will require a signature upon delivery. The implementation of signature verification is determined by a comprehensive assessment of order value, delivery destination, and carrier transit history.

Should the courier be unable to secure a signature at the designated address, a notification will be left detailing the redirect protocols to a secure, localized holding facility.

These measures are strictly enforced to safeguard your investment and guarantee the integrity of your gear upon arrival.

International Consignments & Import Fees

All transactions and catalog valuations are processed exclusively in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Please be advised that international shipping rates cover transit exclusively; they do not encompass regional customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), or localized import assessments. Any tariffs levied by your country of residence are determined by local regulatory authorities and will be collected at the point of delivery.

Because currency valuations and international tariff structures fluctuate continuously, we cannot provide baseline estimates for these external fees. We advise consulting your domestic customs office for definitive import criteria.
